Filtering

 
Filtering a grid can change the contents of the grid to show only dictation based on a specified set of criteria.

Set Filter Operator

1. Set Filter Operator
Set the Filter Operator; this affects how the conditions in the filter are applied:
 
And: Dictations that meet all of the conditions will be displayed
Or: Dictations that meet at least one of the conditions will be displayed
Not And: Dictations that meet none of the conditions will be displayed
Not Or: Dictations that do not meet any one of the conditions will be displayed

Add Condition

2. Add Condition
Click the + to add an additional condition to the filter, to create a multiple clause operation.

Set Value Type

Set the type of Value for the condition to evaluate, such as Sent On, Priority, or Service.

Set the Conditional Operator, such as Equals, Less Than, Greater Than, or Contains

Set the Value for the condition to evaluate against.
