Lexacom 3.12 Manual

Failure to Update

Updates to Lexacom are deployed automatically, and should require no manual intervention by users to be applied; once downloaded the update should be installed when Lexacom is next started. Occasionally, users may lack file permissions, or interruptions in previous attempts to download the update may cause problems with checking for the latest update.

If the Elevated Permissions Diagnostic has failed, the applet will fail to resolve problems; in this case, rerun the diagnostic tool as an Administrator.
